Meet Our Team
Pam has been with Glacier Dental Group since our doors opened in 2006, but she has many years of prior dental experience. She received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene and is a member of the American Dental Hygienist Association. She values the relationships she’s built with our patients over the years, many of whom she calls her friends. Outside our office, Pam helps residents at several local nursing homes with their oral hygiene. She serves as a triage specialist at Shepherd’s Hand free dental clinic and has been an active participant in the Homeless Connect Dental Clinic project. Pam and her husband Bill have adopted Montana as their home and love the outdoors. They devote endless hours and energy to updating and maintaining their beloved one-hundred-year-old home near Kila. Pam and Bill spend as much time as possible with their children and grandchildren, and have a deep love and respect for animals.
Dr. Keim and Krista have been working together since Glacier Dental Group opened in 2006. She received her Associate of Applied Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Sheridan College, and has worked in dentistry for many years. Krista enjoys providing patients with gentle but thorough dental cleanings, and maintaining the highest standard of care is her top priority. Krista helped plan local hygiene continuing education. Her community service includes providing volunteer hygiene treatment through the Homeless Connect Dental Clinic project and participating in the Give Kids a Smile school dental program. Krista was born and raised in the Flathead Valley, where she has made her home with her husband Kurt and their wonderful children. Krista enjoys skiing, running, hiking, traveling, and spending time with her family.
Bailey has been with Glacier Dental Group since 2017. While working as a dental assistant, Bailey grew to love the dental field and decided to pursue a degree in dental hygiene. Bailey received her Associate of Science degree from Flathead Valley Community College, graduating with honors. She was also the president of her hygiene class when she graduated from Argosy University Twin Cities with an Associate Degree of Dental Hygiene. Bailey is certified in AED/CPR and holds an endorsement in local anesthetics, and strives to provide our patients with the highest standard of care and dental value. Bailey is a Montana native and enjoys everything the state has to offer. She and her husband Luke enjoy fishing, hunting, camping, skiing, and boating.
Makenna has been a dental assistant since 2010, and was trained for her position on the job by Dr. Keim. She graduated from Flathead Valley Community College in 2010 with a Pharmacy Technical Certificate and is also certified in Dental Radiography Health and Safety. She is OSHA and CPR certified. She enjoys contributing to our community by serving as a coordinator for the Shepherd’s Hand free dental clinic, as well as volunteering as a dental assistant for Project Homeless Connect and the Sealants for Smiles program. Makenna is a Flathead Valley native and graduated from FHS in 2004. She and her husband Tyler have four beautiful young children. They love the Montana outdoors and enjoy hiking, camping, fishing, and hunting together.
Kendra has been a dental assistant since 2017 and was trained on the job for her position by Dr. Keim. She is a Flathead Valley native and graduated from GHS in 2014. She also received her Associate of Arts and Associate of Science from Flathead Valley Community College in 2017. She is certified in Dental Radiography Health and Safety and CPR. She enjoys contributing to our community by volunteering for Shepherd’s Hand free dental clinic, the Sealants for Smiles program, and the Community Kitchen. As an assistant, she loves being a part of giving our patients that beautiful smile that they’ll love and deserve. Outside of the dental office she enjoys camping, riding dirt bikes, hunting and spending time with family, friends and her dog Bruno.
Ciara started working at Glacier Dental Group as an externship student in the spring of 2019 while enrolled in the dental assisting program at Salish Kootenai College in Pablo, Montana. After graduating in June 2019, she was hired as a part-time chair-side assistant. Ciara recently became a certified dental assistant after passing the state DANB exam. She also holds a certification in CPR. Ciara enjoys building relationships with each patient and helping them with all their dental needs. Her goal is to make each patient’s visit as enjoyable and comfortable as possible. A Montana native, Ciara was born in Great Falls and graduated from Charlo High School in 2019. She enjoys various outdoor activities including horseback riding (both competitively and for leisure), ranching, fishing, kayaking, and paddle boarding on beautiful Flathead Lake. Her motto is “I always consider myself a student, and am always ready to learn and adapt to new ideas.”
Charlis is the Office Coordinator and Insurance Specialist for Glacier Dental Group. She has been an integral part of our office since 2007. Charlis has worked in the medical field for many years and works hard to meet all patients’ scheduling and financial needs. Charlis is passionate about volunteering in her community and has served six years as the Luminaria Chairman for the Columbia Falls Relay for Life and Night of Light Parade. She is an active member of United Methodist Church of Columbia Falls, and has volunteered for Project Homeless Connect in Kalispell alongside other members of our office. Charlis and her husband Paul have been happily married for over 40 years. Together, they love spending time with their two children and four grandchildren, good friends, and neighbors. They truly love traveling and riding their bikes.
Amanda is our other Office Coordinator at Glacier Dental Group. She offers a warm welcome and positive, caring experience to each patient that visits our office. She worked for many years as a trained dental assistant before transitioning to the front office. She is certified in Dental Radiograph and CPR. She wears many hats at the clinic, helping out wherever needed. She is a Montana native, and has lived in various places throughout the state, but has called the Flathead Valley home for over 11 years. Amanda and her husband Jeff enjoy hunting, fishing the various lakes and rivers, riding their Harleys, enjoying all the beauty our state has to offer, and spending time with family.
